Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions:
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
    • Items that are damaged or used beyond normal inspection are not eligible for returns or refunds.
    • Software products, once downloaded or activated, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
    • Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process:

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Packaging: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  5. Tracking: Please keep the tracking information of your return shipment for your records.

Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items:
